Coaching Information
During the initial call, you and I will determine your goals and how I
can best help you achieve them. If you decide that coaching is for you,
we will decide on the best times to meet each month.
The coaching process is typically comprised of 2 or 3 forty minute
sessions per month with additional email support. The frequency of
the coaching sessions is decided by you. Whether you desire a
package of sessions or a few single sessions, coaching can help you
focus and get directed toward your goals.
Although most coaching is conducted over the phone, it may be done
in person.
The day before each session, you will email a Prep Form to me to help
create a structure and focus for the session.
Fees:
Your credit card will be billed in advance of each session according
to the package you choose. You will receive a monthly statement for
sessions billed. Most successful coaching involves at least a two
month commitment.
Cancellations must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance in
order not to be charged.
